Your numbers
Latimer Woods · A phone-calls practice
Find out what your missed calls cost.
Seven figures you already know, one estimate, in your browser.
Your estimate
a month
- A year
- Calls not answered each month
- New customers lost each month
- Each point of answer rate is worth
- a month
This uses your estimates. The free check replaces each one with figures read from your own call records, in your browser.
For owners and office managers
Two ways to stop losing the call.
I spent 25 years in enterprise voice and contact centers. The same measurement, applied to the phone on your front desk: home services, legal, property management, and any business with several lines.
Call Flow Audit
Find the calls you miss, and what they cost.
I find where and when your calls are missed: I measure 30 to 90 days of call records, put a dollar figure on the loss with every assumption written down, and give you one written report and a call to go through it.
- You send: a call-log export from your phone system (read in your browser; caller numbers become codes before any file reaches me), and a few figures.
- You get: one written report, drafted by our tools from your figures and checked by me before you see it: missed calls by location, day and hour; the loss as a low, likely and high range with assumptions shown; and the likely causes. Then one call of about 30 minutes to go through it.
- Free pilot: the first few audits are free, with no obligation to buy. We may ask whether you allow us to describe the result without naming you; saying no changes nothing about your free audit. After the pilot, a fixed fee quoted to you in writing first. Nothing is billed by the hour, and no fee is set today.
How it starts. I look at one sample export, in writing. A call if you prefer.
RingTwice
Catch the calls you cannot answer.
What it will do: busy and unanswered calls forward to a number we run. The caller hears your business name and asks for a callback, to a number they give and confirm, or leaves a message. You get each one by email. The answering flow already runs as the audit's measurement line; RingTwice makes it a service of its own, with your lines, your call list and your report.
- Launch pricing: from $19 a month per business, not per line; done-for-you setup is optional. Keep your number and your phone company.
- Callbacks go only to a number the caller gives and confirms; caller ID is reported as a fact, never dialed.
- Not for healthcare practices until a business associate agreement chain exists.
The first ten businesses are being taken now; the page says what works today and what is coming, dated.
State of the Call
One letter a month on what the call records show, plus the export guides as they are written. You confirm from your inbox before anything is sent; leave any time.
For teams that run voice agents
Verify the agent that answers.
Word Is Bond places test calls at your voice agent and scores what it said against what you promised it would say, call after call, with a scorecard your team can show anyone. The judge is the first click: run it before you sign up for anything.
One practice
Find the missed call. Catch it. Verify the agent that answers it.
Find it
The Call Flow Audit reads your own call records and says where, when and why calls die, and what that costs.
Catch it
RingTwice answers the calls your line cannot: busy, unanswered, after hours. The caller gets a way back to you, and you get the record.
Verify the agent
If an automated agent answers your line, Word Is Bond proves it keeps its word, before it talks to a customer.
